Its no reason Las Vegas ranks so low in competent medical care. Its not the healthcare workers that work their butt off, its the idiotic, bullying managers that spend the entire day intimidating nurses because they are insecure about their own abilities.

If your a Operating Room Director and you know that you have no idea what the hell your doing, just accept that. Either learn fromt he staff around you or step down. What sense does it make to harass your employees to no end.

Always threatening to write somebody up, checking everyone's work for errors, when you couldn't spot an error if it sat on your nose.... Seriously.
